It is in the bottom floor of the building "Greystone Center", which is the Southwest Corner of the intersection of Poplar Ave and Holmes.

If Coming from East on Poplar turn left at Holmes, the first building on the Right is the building. Park in the back Parking lot (South). Enter the building from that lot(South) through the Handicapped entrance, there is a down ramp or a couple of steps down, We are the first Suite on the left.
